Welcome to this crazy, simple world I call life. I’ve been wanting to do this whole blog post thing for a while now, and I finally decided “what the heck, why not?!”. So here I am, writing my very first blog post ever. At first I thought, who in the world would want to know anything I have to say or let alone take the time to read my thoughts, but then I thought if I could motivate or inspire someone in some way or maybe make someones day then why not. Life is too short for regrets.

I’m just a girl in the world, living in good ol’ south Texas, yup literally by the Mexico border where its hotter than a mother, but I can’t imagine myself melting anywhere else. (Legit, that’s how it feels walking outside)

Why you might ask? I got one word and that’s FAMILY. I have the most incredible family anyone could possibly ask for. They are my support team in absolutely everything and anything, I really hit the jackpot by finishing first in the womb race, because if you’re not first your last. I have a little big sister, as I like to call her, she’s actually younger than I am by twelve years yet has already surpassed me in height. What are we feeding her? Who knows, and even though at times we get on each others last nerve I couldn’t imagine a life without that little booger. She actually inspires me to be a better person, so that she can look up to me and be proud. (okay that’s enough mushy stuff).

I blossomed late in the makeup and fashion departments, but hey! it’s never to late to start a passion for anything. I truly enjoy the feeling of opening up a new package with that palette you’ve had your eyes on for months or the feeling of scoring a cute top at a bargain. Well that’s what I’m here for, to express my passion for makeup, fashion and life with others who share the same passion and enjoy the little things in life, and oh the expensive things too ha ha, because come on? we all like the finer things in life too.

I’m a Respiratory therapist by day, and a makeup loving, food obsessed, fashion inspired, fur-mom, by night. I aspire to be the best at everything I set my mind too, Got that #Girlboss mentality. I’d like to think of myself as a little badass, this is 2017 women are no longer just suppose to cook and become house wives. We are independent, strong-willed, inspiring, and creative humans that take life by the horns and rule the world. Because if you want something you have to work hard for it, I’ve learned that and although it might not happen over night it will happen. With God on your side, who could be against you?
